“Terrible service. I paid 150 aed for an access card about a month ago and was told it’ll be with me in 2 days. To this day there is no response, no apology, no updates. I complained and was ignored. It’s a struggle to get into the building and I’m unable to use the pool or the gym. Abysmal management. Additionally the AC system is old and maintenance is very poor. Leaks in the corridors and mouldy ceilings.”

“I lived in DAMAC Park Central and unfortunately it has been one of the worst apartment experiences I’ve had. The building has serious maintenance issues. There was mold in the apartment, constant leaking, and even mold in the hallways, which shows how poorly the building is maintained. There were also frequent insect problems. On top of that, the service and management were very disappointing. The reception/management staff were rude, and getting help for issues took a long time. When problems were reported, they were often ignored or handled very poorly. Considering the price and expectations for a DAMAC building in Dubai, the quality and service were far below what they should be. I would never buy or rent in this place again. If you want to protect your health, money, and mental well-being, it’s honestly better to stay away.”

“I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent maintenance and recent upgrades to the facilities. The building is always neat and well-kept, and it’s clear that Damac takes pride in maintaining high standards. However, I would like to raise a concern regarding the behaviour of some security staff. On several occasions, I have observed inappropriate behaviour, including security guards staring at female residents and riding in the same elevator unnecessarily. In particular, one thin security guard on day duty has been noticeably unprofessional in this regard. I kindly request that management take this matter seriously and ensure stronger supervision, training, and checks on staff conduct to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all residents. Thank you for your attention and for continuing to improve our living experience. Security teams really need improvement highly unprofessional.”

“Hello, I visited the Damac Park building today and wanted to deliver a package to one of the units. I was confronted with inappropriate behavior from the security guard. Considering that I did not have my ID card with me, I asked him to call the apartment unit and have the guest go downstairs to receive the package. He refused to do his duty and kicked me out of the building with inappropriate behavior and words. I even had a photo of my ID card on my mobile phone, and he did not accept my photo to harass me.”

“Very unsafe! They have one camera in each floor, and no cameras in the parking! I lost items in the parking and obviously they couldn’t find out who took them because they have no cameras. Another case I got amazon delivery box infront of the door, and it disappeared! again no cameras so I lost 400 worth of items just like that. Looks like Damac abandoned this building.”
