“Do not rent here!!!!!!! Very bad building, smelly, zero maintenance, and soon to be full of sharing flats.”

“Amazing apartment, nice securities, but very bad maintenance. If you have any issues in apartment, maintenance team is hardly replying or trying to help you. Landlord is not responding - no one care, they are all just good with you when you are signing contract and giving checks, after they just disappear. And no one is returning you security deposit. Very bad management. Do not recommend to rent apartment there.”
