“Nice place Clean from lobby to toilets and flooring Organized. Nice view of the dubai marina. Friendly staff A working gym. A wonderful swimming pool. Infinity pool that is. Location near dubai marina and JBR WALK. Near pharmacy, restaurants and other places of interest. Highly recommended for all. May it be for business or leisure. Definitely worth the stay. It might be a little bit pricey but will get your money's worth... every bit of it.”

“Great concierge. Clean and well maintained. Definitely a place to rent for long term. Big shout out to concierge Andrew from Ghana and Irfan. Definitely looking to come back here whether for business or a place to stay in Dubai.”

“Hi good morning park island is amazing but security is not good all security is very friendly but only black security person is not good they are not respectful I would say I don't know from which country they are but pakistani and Indian is very good people they are amazing very helpful”

“Probably the best residential community in the neighborhood. It’s a calm, serene oasis in the otherwise touristy area of Dubai Marina. A small park, kids’ play area, bbq pits, amazing gym, and a to-die-for infinity pool overlooking the Marina Promenade are just some of the things that made us fall in love with this place. It’s 10 min walk to JBR beach, 15 min walk to the metro station or the marina mall. And you can step down to the promenade and enjoy a walk or jog by the marina, or chill out at one of the many cafes and restaurants. 24x7 manned security and Emaar’s world class maintenance and amenities. Truly a 5 star residential community.”

“Horrible experience I heard when I visited there, I was pressed wanted to use washroom at visitor security post he refused totally, stating that the management instruct them not to allow anyone used the washroom, I was dissatisfied 😒 and upset about the refusal.”
