What one reviewer said

“I wish there was an option to give negative stars. This has been one of the most stressful and disappointing living experiences for me and my family. I have been dealing with a serious mold issue since 2023, and despite raising this multiple times over the years, the management has failed to fix it permanently. I have email records and proof from previous years clearly showing that this issue was repeatedly reported, yet no proper action was taken and told me to do it by myself which I already did multiple times, but the issue is in overall building’s AC duct. The mold has spread across my bedroom, walls, and even my sofa, damaging my belongings and forcing me to throw away and repurchase…”

From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

The mold has spread across my bedroom, walls, and even my sofa, damaging my belongings and forcing me to throw away and repurchase items at my own cost. Even after cleaning the apartment myself, the mold returned again. At one point, I was away for 10 days, and when I came back, the situation had worsened because no proper action was taken by management. There are also major maintenance failures in the apartment, and worst management, worst building quality: • Continuous water leakage from AC into the bathroom • Bathroom flooding to the extent it becomes like a pool • No proper or permanent resolution from management This is not just poor maintenance; this is clear negligence. The most serious concern is the health impact on my family. I have young children, and even during my wife’s pregnancy, I clearly informed management about the risks of mold exposure. There was no urgency, no accountability, and no support. Because of this situation, I am now forced to send my family abroad (Canada) for their safety, which is something no tenant should ever have to do and after moving into the new apartment they’ll be back. Even after all this, when I requested to vacate due to health concerns, the management is still: • Demanding a 3-month penalty • Refusing to take responsibility • Showing zero flexibility or concern Instead of fixing a long-standing issue, they are choosing to penalize the tenant. This management will never support you in any of the issue in the apartment. I will be attaching photos, videos, and have email records as proof so others can clearly understand the reality. If you care about your health, your family, and basic living standards; STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUILDING”

“Worst building Managment ever in whole Dubai Useless team doing absolutely nothing!! No response for a year for very bad smell coming from the bathroom of apartment 207 and I had to leave the building for this reason, despite given many promises to fix, I took off one day waiting their team which never showed up and they didn’t even apologize!!!!! Cleaning is very bad security team is complaining for not getting their salaries And at the end I had to chase them for more than 2 month to get my security deposit with no response till now!! DON’T ever think of moving to this building”

“Building quality is good, apartments are big and finishes are very nice. Management of the building is terrible, unable to handle anything, lazy and rude. Surrounding is currently very bad, too much noise is coming from construction sites around the building. I don't recommend it to a family with little kids! Overall not so good!”
