“As a long-term tenant I dont recommend anyone to have any business with this builidng. Building management was constantly creating obstructions for my move-in process, absolutely unhelpful and disrespectful. I am planning to sue this company, are there any other residends who want's to join? We can make a class action here for sure.”

“I lived here for 1 year and Please do NOT COME TO THIS BUILDING, THIS SILVERLAKE MANAGEMENT IS THE WORST. You will experience a lot of hardship if you come here. They never help you with anything, try to get money from everything”

“Lived there for a year, had no issues. Few small things here and there but it always happens anywhere. Nowhere is perfect. I was happy there. Good connectivity through Al Khail road, all amenities are nearby.”

“The apartments have a problem with boilers. The gym is average, very few exercise machines. The pool is located opposite a construction site, where construction workers will constantly stare at you, there aren't enough sunbeds, only one umbrella. very noisy around because of construction sites.”
