Overall, the service quality, attention to residents, and the overall living experience here have been genuinely impressive. Highly recommended.”

“I don't usually give my opinion, but I wanted to do so to express my satisfaction with the service and the meticulous construction of the residence. I own a studio apartment and I have absolutely no regrets about my investment. The developer, Imtiaz, was transparent and available throughout the entire project. Security and cleanliness are top-notch. I would also like to thank Mohamed and Zeeshan for their helpfulness and professionalism. I recommend this developer without hesitation.”

“I've been living here for almost a month. A wonderful building, very nice recreation area on the 11th floor, large clubhouse where you can work and a pool (on weekdays there's almost no one there). On the ground floor there's a barbecue area and gym. Also a very beautiful entrance and lobby to the building, where you can comfortably sit on a sofa and it's generally very pleasant to always come home from the street. Three lifts, which is very convenient, you never have to wait long for a lift. Overall a cozy, designer, relatively small building of 11 floors, both outside and everything inside is nice, beautiful grounds and recreation areas, parking space which is located on the P2 level is also quite convenient. At the end of October there were still some minor works, the project was supposed to be completed in November, but it was completed ahead of schedule (probably for that reason), but now everything is wonderful and there are no problems at all. Very high-quality finishing of the apartment itself, furniture, plumbing, expensive stone finishes in the bathroom and kitchen. All appliances are Bosch brand, good quality as well. Large television on the wall. Good, well-behaved contingent of people living here, quite a few Russian speakers and Europeans. In general, move in and live, I'm very happy that I rented accommodation in this building, although it was a bit more expensive than in some other buildings nearby. So far I haven't regretted it at all.”
