“Choosing Imtiaz as the final developer for my client proved to be the perfect decision. The level of curatorship and architectural detail throughout the project is truly exceptional. From the lobby and elevators to the pool and clubhouse, every element reflects thoughtful design, quality finishes, and a clear commitment to excellence. What made this experience even more special was the early delivery of the project, which aligned perfectly with our esteemed client’s wish to celebrate Christmas and the New Year in their long-awaited new home. This timely handover added real emotional value and made the milestone even more meaningful. I am pleased to say that the entire journey from the initial stages through to handover was seamless and exceptionally well managed. This level of execution can only be achieved by a dedicated team supported by strong and effective leadership. Whether through a call, text, email, or WhatsApp, the responsiveness was consistently outstanding. A special mention goes to the handover team at Pearl House 2. Sweta, Abdul, Shafi, and Sabrin. They are friendly, professional, and highly responsive, always ready to assist and ensure everything runs smoothly. I would also like to commend the Security Team, who are true professionals, always available, efficient, and extremely helpful, particularly with managing building access and paperwork. Congratulations to Imtiaz and the entire team on delivering not just a project, but a truly exceptional experience.”

“We have been living here for 4 weeks and can confidently say that we are very happy with our choice. We were among the first to move in, and our impressions have been nothing but positive. The building and apartment fully meet our expectations. The studio apartment is very comfortable, with high-quality finishes and well-thought-out furnishings. It was especially pleasant that all the finishing issues we pointed out during move-in were promptly addressed by the developer’s representatives. Even now, if any questions arise, they are resolved very quickly. On the 11th floor, there is a heated pool and a great clubhouse, which we visit every day to work – it’s truly enjoyable. I would like to specially mention the supervisor Ali: a very friendly and responsive professional who is always ready to help. I would also like to thank the security team — excellent specialists, always available and quick to help with any issues. In summary: the apartment is comfortable, the infrastructure is well-planned, and the team is professional and attentive. We are very glad we chose this place!”
