It has 3 lifts. مدينة العالمية 1 Metro station is a 20-minute walk. Within 800 metres there are 8 places to eat, 3 pharmacies and clinics and 3 parks and gyms. On foot it rates as some errands on foot. Registered rents start around AED 45k a year for a studio.

The security staff deserve appreciation—they are polite, helpful, and always responsive. However, the management needs significant improvement. Maintenance and communication could be much better, and the overall quality of some finishes and facilities is not up to the standard that was promised. I hope the management takes residents' feedback seriously and works on improving the overall living experience”

“As a tenant, I don’t need alarm to wake me up , the fire alarm do the job , daily basis ! Imagine that you can not sleep home properly and you are terrified in the middle of the night with a very strong sound like living in Alcatraz jail !!!!! Are you serious Danub ???? 6 months and you can not fix that ???? You can not change or fix the whole systems because you choose a bad quality ????? I’m sorry but we are in Dubai and we work very hard to deserve some rest home … so please Mr Razwan….. CAN YOU FIX THAT !!!!! Or please dear persons who will Maybe answer me regarding this message by we are sorry to hear that bla bla bla …. JUST FIX IT BECAUSE THE EARS OF OUR KIDS ARE IN DANGER and baby’s can not support that !!!’ WITHOUT Thank you .”

“Unprofessional handling of parking allocation. I was initially assigned a specific parking spot ground floor, but later management claimed it was a “mistake” and reassigned me to a lower ground space. This kind of change after purchase is not acceptable. Buyers rely on what is promised at the time of sale. I hope the issue is resolved fairly, but this experience has been disappointing.”

“I had a great experience with the property by Danube. The team has been extremely supportive and helpful throughout, which made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. The property is very spacious and well designed, making the apartment feel comfortable and airy. The property also offers excellent amenities and overall I’m very satisfied with their quality and service.”

“The padel court net is broken since January, asked for It to be fixed several times but nothing, even for such a minor problem which would be solved in 1 hour. The management doesn’t want to fix It.”
