“I stayed there for 2 weeks its good place to stay Gym,Swimming pool is accessible and have all the equipment available,Steam,Sauna also available to use Very secure place like you can leave your kids in pool area life gurad is available all the time staff is welcome and respectful Groceries stores,Restaurants, Cafés are in building entrance free home delivery available Famous FIVE HOTEL is just on 3 minutes walk lot of Parks available in surrounding good place to hangout with family and friends”

“One of my worst experiences in Dubai I’m not writing this because I’m mad but I really I don’t want people to get stuck like me Poor management Poor services Poor cleaning services Noisy building I’m writing this now because it’s almost a week suffering with noisy construction and due to poor manager contractor continues to work after official working hours I’m extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.”

“Location is great. Park opposite to building. Big swimming pool with life guard and gym. Building is recently renovated. Rooms are of big size compared to other building s in JVC. Maintenance is top class from kaizen. Security always smiles and welcoming. Highly recommended.”

“I like the building, it’s old but clean, although the pool and gym are spacious but I don’t like the atmosphere as some people go inside pool with full clothes which should be prohibited. In general it’s good and clean but not great.”

“I dont understand which is which. The black guard says, not allowed to sit in the reception. Its thier rule. Then i sit in the stairs waiting for my time to start work. Go in the reception and sit there. Just making me stupid of confusing restriction. If only winter. I cant wait and stay outside building. But now is too high temperature. Sometimes understanding level is making down of people like me. Sometimes be considerate. Little consideration is a great help for simple human like me.”
