“I had an amazing experience at the swimming pool at Plazzo Heights, Dubai, thanks to lifeguard Jowel. His friendly and approachable demeanor made me feel at ease while swimming. He was always on top of his duties, ensuring the pool was kept clean and safe for everyone. His promptness and efficiency were truly commendable, making it clear that he is dedicated to providing excellent service. It's rare to find someone so professional yet so friendly- Jowel made the whole experience even more enjoyable! Plazzo heights hosts nice monthly rental options in Dubai. Appartments are spacious and for any issues maintenance are prompt to fix quickly.”

“cockroach infested building with fraudulent management. They cut money from my security deposit despite having their staff saying on video that the apartment is returned in perfect condition”

“POOR management assistance. It’s been 2 month we don’t have water heater and they don’t replay to us. You want to ask something to Anne that is the one “assisting” or in “charge” of the building and she doesn’t replay or take days to do it. It’s not the first time, before we were in another apartment that the ac was malfunctioning during JULY AND AUGUST, and again no response no nothing until one day (after texting and calling everyday more than one time in a day) they went to fix and they end up moving us to another apartment because the ac was completely working (when they kept us 2 months saying it was just the general switch that was constantly going off). They cut the water on a Monday at 10 am to 5pm, every two weeks, the key of apartment keeps malfunctioning, plus one day they kept me waiting 1, 5 hs outside my apartment because the card key was not working and the other key was no where to be found. I hope this helps to anyone who want to go live to this building because before we came people warned us about it and we didn’t pay attention and now we are regretting the decision.”

“I am staying already in Plazzo Heights. Everything is amazing on services. The watchmen Sam and Prince are very polite and helpful and Jowel the lifeguard in the pool always ready to attend any need. All are wonderful. And of course 5 stars 🌟 .”
