What one reviewer said

“I’m staying here on a yearly contract in a one-bedroom apartment. Management is so unhelpful. I’m having trouble with the neighbors upstairs, who disturb my sleep almost every night. I have made many complaints to security and through the DAMAC Living app, but nobody has fixed the situation. There are often problems with the water supply (it gets shut off without notice, sometimes with no water at all) and a bad smell coming from the sewage. There is also a smell of cigarettes in the corridors, which should be controlled. There is almost no sound insulation, I can literally hear everything happening in the neighboring apartments. Some people’s behavior is completely disrespectful to others,…”

From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

There is also a smell of cigarettes in the corridors, which should be controlled. There is almost no sound insulation, I can literally hear everything happening in the neighboring apartments. Some people’s behavior is completely disrespectful to others, and nobody cares. The yearly rent for a 1 bedroom apartment is not worth the money at all. However, the layout and size of the one and two bedroom apartments are good. The view is beautiful.”

“Update 21/Jun: OMG get your freaking security trained. They are such a useless pain in the neck. They just sip tea coffee and stop everyone to ask if we are staying here. What the hell is wrong with you, this is Dubai, don’t make it difficult. Original review: 7/Jun All good except security. They need to be trained on knowing that the Airbnb will keep changing the residents. If they don’t know, it’s their job to know who are staying instead of asking just because they did not see us before. Pathetic excuse. Overall, the location is the highlight of this place - in the downtown, studio are smaller compared to other buildings in the area but beautiful view of the canal from few apartments. Gym is mediocre with few machines not working. AC works good during the peak summer. Covered Parking available. Reception is okay, fast to provide access cards when checking in. There’s a Carrefour next doors, smaller one but most essentials available. Pool is large and good. Overall decent experience with the exception of bad security and smaller rooms.”

“Prime location right along the waterfront promenade, surrounded by a great selection of restaurants both within the building and along the strip. The lobby is grand and easily accessible from both the main street and the promenade, creating a welcoming first impression. The swimming pool is a highlight—well maintained and complemented by a convenient service bar, making it a relaxing spot to unwind. On the downside, the gym facilities fall short of the overall standard. Several key pieces of equipment, including the ellipticals and stationary bikes, are out of order, and the fitness area clearly needs an upgrade to match the quality of the rest of the building.”

“Good serviced apartment in Business Bay — good value for what you get. Stayed at DAMAC Maison Privé and had a positive overall experience. The apartment was clean, modern, and well maintained, with a practical layout. Views vary depending on the unit, but higher floors and canal-facing apartments are definitely worth it. The building is run more like a hotel, which makes things convenient — smooth check-in, responsive staff, and decent housekeeping. Amenities like the pool and gym are well kept, though not exceptional. Location is a strong point: close to Downtown, easy access to main roads, and right along the canal. It’s not ultra-luxury, but it delivers a comfortable and reliable stay for Business Bay. Would consider staying again.”
