From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“The maintenace is very bad and the oncall support is big zero . The main reason i belive there is no proper team to maintain and coordination . The supervisor need to prior the issue , but he dont want to resolve the issue and we need to call every day .”

“Been here for few years, well-maintained. Security immediately notes any issue and reports. Particularly, Guna is very friendly and helpful. Sometimes where there is a major issue, it gets delayed to get prioritised, but smaller maintenance issues are sorted immediately. Late night fire alarms are a big pain, they should have a level 1 to alarm only security and then escalate to tenants.”
