“It's overpriced for what we get. Water often goes out, AC doesn't cool. That's all the issues. Technicians are very slow. They spent 6 hours fixing the AC, and I was stuck in the hot room all that time.”

“Since the management change, the building has improved significantly. The new team is responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. Any issues are addressed quickly, and it’s clear they are committed to maintaining a high standard of living. A much better experience overall!”

“Can i mark negative -0 star here? You guys don't ever try to rent in this building Very disappointed with the maintenance in this building i don't know who is lacking here. AC is always not running and security will just tell you they are waiting for parts, but it is repeatedly happening, its terrible the management should give an attention with this matter otherwise tenants are going to leave this building. Nonsense on paying expensive rent in dubai this building does not havE AC.”

“DONT MOVE TO THIS APARTMENT - NO WATER SUPPLY I stay in 12 floor Always there is water supply the incharge blames security security blames in charge .”
