“Lived here for 3 years. Really good experience. The corridors /common areas are well kept maintained. No bad food smells. There's always security. Fairly quiet residents. No running & screaming kids. Apartments have generous kitchen & wardrobe space. Pool & gym is great and always clean. During the April 2024 flood my apartment luckily didn't get leaks. (I heard some units had) but mine was perfectly fine. Also considering I was facing a major highway the insulation of the double glazing was pretty sound. Only issue I've had was really the annoying Bingatti residence built next door that decided it needed a full disco as facade lighting and the construction trucks of the adjacent apartments…”

“Place once I called home during my first year in Dubai. Nice facilities and good maintenance for building. Although gym only opens at 7am which can be disadvantage for those early risers. Used to have Al Maya supermarket the convenience, but not anymore now. Hope it will still add value to potential tenants.”

(I heard some units had) but mine was perfectly fine. Also considering I was facing a major highway the insulation of the double glazing was pretty sound. Only issue I've had was really the annoying Bingatti residence built next door that decided it needed a full disco as facade lighting and the construction trucks of the adjacent apartments sometimes blocking roadworks. But this is typical JVC experience. Too bad the al maya supermarket closed and now replaced by a arcade club (weird?) Don't know how this will impact future residents. But overall this is an amazing spacious well lit building that is nice to live in.”

“I really like living in this building - good value for money, management company are fairly prompt at sorting out stuff and beautiful views with a good (albeit still developing community). The 1 beds are huge (it’s 1,000 sq ft) and you don’t have many buildings like it anymore! Everyone is also nice and friendly in the apartments and the building and they are relatively quick to sort things when they need sorting. Security downstairs have always been super friendly to me. For the price it’s a really great apartment block and I hope they continue to maintain it!”

“Living here since 2020 the apartments are really nice, the studio apartments might be the only ones that are geometric design aesthetic. The other apartments have a real Biomorphic design. However the building management has been doing a great job over the years cleaning and always maintaining the building. For the number of floors and apartments the elevators are quite efficient nice lobby. Sadly just last month we lost the grocery store down on the ground floor which is a big loss and hope we get another one back. Really good gym and pool facilities always services even the windows get cleaned every 6-8 months. Going to miss this place as the family grows we may need to look for a bigger nest.”

“Smart layouts and amazing space. Awesome amenities too! I’ve been living here since 2018 and I’ve seen it get better with time. Clearly a lot of attention is given to continuously update the amenities and shared space.”

“I am genuinely surprised at how the building still looks brand new, hence the owners or management are spending on it. Every time I come back to Dubai, I find a new change in the building such as (new machines at the gym, huge garden on the 4th floor with a new BBQ area) and heard the pool area development is happening this year. Well done. In addition to the convenience of having a supermarket in the building, hairdressers, vet and dental clinic.”
