From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“In general the building is very nice. Just a few maintenance things would make the living much more exceptional. 1. Clean those palm trees 2. Make a deep pest control in the garbage areas. 3. Do a service on the gym machines as some lack of maintenance. Some additions would also be great. I love the building and I think with these things it would upgrade it!!”

“Worst experience unfortunately. They are not cooperative in routine maintenance and their only concern is collecting any amounts for very simple maintenance work that is actually their mistake in the first place.”
