“This place has a fairly good commercial establishment and even has an atm machine, kind and respectful reception. The only problem is the cockroach infestation in most of the areas in the building. You will notice white powder outside each flat door, as it prevents insects from going inside.”

“Been a tenant before for almost 3 years, building maintenance is in the worst condition. Electricity bill when staying here will be shocking, building is old with old AC units, new owner charged me for AC maintenance from from my deposit, even after I put in my money to fix the issues. Only plus point is the close proximity to stores and other amenities. But seriously better to live in same area in a different building. Asking price for new tenants is a joke. Better options available in the same area. Just need to look. Moved out and in still in the same area. Extremely happy now. Big heads up choose wisely as maybe there are a few misleading reviews from people who are directly related to the business.”

“I do not advise anyone to live in it. It is one of the worst buildings in Warsan 2….. 3 months ago when I lived here, They open every day the fire alarm more than 15 times in the morning and evening To experiment, while we were sleeping, other than the sounds of drilling in the walls. People do not care about them, and their treatment is bad. You talk to them and no one cares. As for the tenant, the important thing is that they only have the foos for rent, which is a shame”

“Dont book from this appartment, very worst management,full of brokena nd damaged line. Everytime leakage and dirty corridors. No clean at surrounds and bad smell all over flats side. Not recommand for family. Only can use for workers camp. Very bad”
