“Nice building to stay. Rose building have studio, 1-bedrooms and 2-bedrooms apartments. Some apartments have balcony and some apartments don’t have. Gymnasium and swimming pool also available. Building maintenance is nice. Location also good but only roads are missing. Developing area I hope very soon Road’s will be complete. View from the apartments too nice. Burj Khalifa view and creek Harbor view you can get. Too near Swiss international school. Very quiet 🤫 building”

“building full of cockroaches.. finishing is so bad toilet’s doesn’t flush properly u need to give a notice before u leave the building secuirty does not have a night shift only morning shift windows are always dirty pool smells bad and the gym is too small i don’t know what to say more can’t wait to leave this property”
