“I had a disappointing experience with the receptionist at reception Name is Yam. Instead of being helpful and professional, he acted in an overbearing manner, as if he were in charge, which created a very uncomfortable atmosphere. It’s crucial for front desk staff to provide courteous and efficient service, and unfortunately, this interaction did not meet those expectations. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure better service in the future. When I ask him can I speak your manager or supervisor He said I am the manager and supervisor. I don’t think building management gave so stuff position to one person.”

“DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL We booked 6 nights at this hotel and immediately after turning up late at night we realised this hotel was not up to the advertised standard. The whole place is dirty and smelly. I would not eat anything at this hotel. It looks like it’s not been updated for around 15 years. All the tiles are cracked and crooked in the pool area. The place is full of overground foliage and the whole resort doesn’t look like the photos online. This whole area is also a building site. You can tell any of the good reviews must of been requested from the staff directly as it’s impossible for this resort to have so many good reviews. We immediately told the staff we couldn’t stay there and moved to better hotel. One of them was smiling as we told them. Now they just told us we can’t get a refund for any of the unused nights. This place is a disgrace and need knocking down and rebuilding. We thought all the resorts in the palm would be nice. GO STAY ANYWHERE ELSE BUT THIS PLACE. PLEASE DONT MAKE SAME MISTAKE AS US.”

“Was a bad greeting at the reception. According to that gentlemen this is his last day at the job hence he doesn’t care. I’m surprised that information is disclosed to visitors. Shouldn’t be at Anantara level at least. Anyways, we were a loyal customer for very long, but now I’m changing my good review to a bad review.”
