“This is not a hotel but a residential apartment building. If you are considering renting an apartment here, I strongly recommend thinking about how tolerant you are of constant construction noise. You should expect the sound of drilling almost every day from around 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Renovation work in this building seems to be continuous. As soon as one contractor finishes, another starts renovating a different apartment, and the drilling begins all over again. The building management does nothing to coordinate or regulate these works, so residents are left dealing with constant noise for months on end. If you work from home, value peace and quiet, or simply want to enjoy your apartment during the day, this is probably not the right place for you.”

“The constant construction noise in this building is unbearable. The hammering and drilling are nerve-shattering and have been going on for weeks. The relentless construction noise is bad enough, but we're also subjected to deafening fire alarms every few days. It's enough to make your ears bleed”
