“Good mangment and facilities. I have more then 10 apartments on Holiday home in this building. My all guest like this building JBR beach and cafe is very close .. I love it ❤️❤️❤️”

“Good location and that’s it. Building has one of the worst management teams in the area. Every time there is an issue, and every time it will take the building management weeks (if not months) to sort it out. Right now, 2 out of the 3 lifts are not working for over 3 weeks so it takes ages to get to your apartment in peak times - and nobody is even working on it! In my opinion the whole building Management should be fired immediately.”

“I regret staying in this building. Management is very bad at resolving issues, the work construction starts at 9am, which means if you are not an early bird even on weekends you still need to wake up early due to the unbearable noise !!!!”

“Terrible security. Super rude. I visited today for buying a flat around 3pm. The security called me with his finger and treated me like some kind of criminal. His attitude was very rude, ignored people. I cancel to buy this apartment because of rude security. I do not buy property for this no-educated security service.”
