“Sandoval Park will always have my heart! Lived 7 years of my life,since we moved to dubai and the most memorable ones. We never had any issue in terms with SBK or maintenance. Every issue was resolved the very same or next day, unlike I can see the other reviews. Very very spacious (or i'd say one of the most spacious buildings in jvc) and bright. We wouldn't have left if the building wasn't sold (which is still fishy) I have lots of memories in Sandoval Park,right outside 2 lovely parks and one of the biggest kids park in jvc, supermarkets etc everything on walking distance. The only negative is, they never opened the water temperature in the pool and party hall wasn't ever allowed to an…”

“Sandoval Park will always have my heart! Lived 7 years of my life,since we moved to dubai and the most memorable ones. We never had any issue in terms with SBK or maintenance. The only negative is, they never opened the water temperature in the pool and party hall wasn't ever allowed to anyone. Majority of the ppl living in it were there since it opened. Not very fancy but high quality material used all over the buildings, including washrooms etc. Had the biggest master bedroom EVER! All apartments in this building have big rooms We were very depressed and sad to leave this lovely building. If anyone's looking to rent, please do so blindly.”

“Apartments itself are well designed and spacious. However, management of this building will do everything to drive you crazy till you will decide to avoid any contract with them apart of contract extension. Maintenance team invisible ( working hours in week days 10 am till 3 pm but not 100%, they might won't come) even if you will finally will get them to your issue be ready to get another problem. Working only under control. Cleaning team is good but somehow we still have a cockroaches in common areas like garbage rooms and Gym. Btw GYM not the best as well: old and in bad maintenance. Pool: never swim there, not feeling it clean enough. But families spending there whole weekend, should be OK. But only 3 sunbeds:))) The only one truly amazing person from management and only one who was really care about tenants was Faizan security guard. He was keeping an eyes on kids, making maintenance team working properly and responding immediately to your requests. Unfortunately management decided do not bring him back after his leave. And this is again making me angry to this company.”

“Very rude unprofessional staff are just sitting and doing nothing, I had leaking / explosion 💥 in bathroom, after 6 visits issue is not solved. When I ask for a number of a manager I receive the info that they can’t give it. Every week you will have 2 a 3 times fake fire alarm at night I don’t recommend anyone to rent here, service is 0%”
