“Nice and well maintained building.24/7 Security at the lobby, maintenance office at the lobby. The roof top swimming pool has nice view. Good location, it has 1Bedroom Loft with spacious balcony for rent.”

“Living in this building for 2 Years now. From what I have seen so far , management is very responsive to complaints. Security team is polite and always welcomes me back home. The parking lot was redone and refreshed recently. I saw somebody saying the windows are thin , mine definitely aren't thin. They are quite sturdy, but perhaps the apartments overlooking the street might have more noise. The water pressure can sometimes be slight issue but I live on the 1st floor so I haven't noticed such significant problem. I haven't noticed any pests on my floor.”

“Currently living in the building and from all the issues they have apart from not having water pressure at all, today they’ve decided to cut the water for a week time. They didn’t inform the neighbors as they do in other buildings …. Simply they post a note in the elevator without giving much information announcing the issue was going to be from 1 to 5pm ….. my question is …. They don’t know that the people living in the building work ? How you can you leave people without water …… can’t wait for my contract to be over ….. this building has many issues without mentioning the construction right in front of the building …… so no water for a week I guess 😭😭😭😭😭😭. Do your research before moving here ……..”

“Just vacated this building. Lived in the loft for nearly 2 years and must admit it has one of the worst managements. Poor maintenance and even worse finishings. The apartments are poorly finished, often leakages and poor water pressure. Definitely wouldn't recommmend it!”
