From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“This building is incredibly quiet and serene.it has such a peaceful atmosphere that makes coming home feel like a reset. I absolutely love the gym and the facilities- everything is clean, modern, and well-maintained. As a woman living alone in Dubai, I feel a strong sense of safety and comfort here, which is priceless. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to live and I’m genuinely happy to call it home”

“Amazing building, love the facilities and it's well maintained . The morning security and maintenance guys are such polite sweethearts however the night shift is an absolute prick. He's super rude to delivery riders and even to my friends and family when they come over. 😔”
