“Advantages Nice bright and spacious flat The security and maintenance staff’s hospitality are very good and kind Dedicated parking for tenants and guest parking for visitors Disadvantages Split it window AC only No water drain in the toilet floor with tall bathtub. So not recommended for elders and Asians who mostly use water in toilets Even it is very difficult to clean the toilet without water Kitchen do not have sunlight and without light we cannot use kitchen or toilets”
