“I moved in my appartment in the building 3 months ago, LOAMS FM is useless and no one attend to tenants requests. Was overwhelmed with the brand name of the developer and paid more than market price, to find out that it is not worth living in... now i look forward to the end of my annual contract to move out”

“I've been living in this apartment for over 3 years and sadly I have to leave it. The layout is massive, nothing compares to it. LOAMS management is top quality. Regular maintenance and upgrades and frequent communication.”

“Gym, pool, gated and public parking available. A good place to stay, since area almost developed - bus stop, shops, park nearby. Facility manager and Security team are awesome, just follow the guidelines and you will be ok.”
