About Silverene

Silverene is a development of two towers in Dubai Marina, Dubai, with 316 apartments between them. The towers are Silverene Tower A and Silverene Tower B, the tallest of them 35 storeys. Dubai Land Department files first list it in 2012. Shared facilities include a swimming pool and a gym. The nearest Metro is DMCC, about 6 minutes on foot, with the Dubai Marina Mall tram stop 5 minutes off. Within 800 metres there are 170 places to eat, 33 shops and 19 pharmacies and clinics. On foot it rates as very walkable. Registered rents start around AED 85k a year for a studio.

“As a broker i have been to almost every tower in Dubai Marina and i have been in this industry for over 14 years now. I must say that Silverene is one of the most well maintained building in Dubai Marina. Its location is perfect, without traffic, next to marina mall, walking distance to the beach, carrefour in the building. There are so many things which make this building perfect for renting or investment. The building management is always making upgrades to the lobby, making sure residents are happy and the is highly secured as well. Over all its a very modern building right in the heart of Dubai Marina.”

“Gorgeous apartments in Dubai's best location with the most amazing view from the window! The building has a 24-hour Carrefour, metro 3 minutes away, beach 7 minutes away, Marina Mall 1 minute away. Lots of restaurants around because the building is in the very center of Marina. I recommend it!”

“Building and building management has gone down lots in the last year. If you move in expect constant drilling thought the day and traffic sound at night. Pool is very worn . I would not deal with Palma as a builder or broker after living here. Security is very good though.”

“Silverene is an amazing tower. location is superb. carrefour 24/7 inside the building, marina mall at literally 50 meters, with all shops apple store, virgin, hm and a lot a lot of restaraunts. metro is 100 meters. jbr beach clubs 10 minutes walking.”

“We lived there (me, my wife and son) and found the building amazing. Close to everything, vibe is awesome, facilities are very good. I've read a lot of comments about security and concerns not being adresses, but from my experience, this has never happened. The security is very polite, same with the reception and building management. While the fire alarm can be disturbing at times (during the night), we never had a real issue with it since the apartment was big and the living room was not used for sleeping. The only issue we ecountered was with the anacity app and requests for move, but that was due to our fault, not the building's fault. Indeed, there are lots of airbnb's and people walking in towels sometimes, but we're europeans so didn't really have a real issue with it”

“In other buildings, government-approved PTs can train with proper documents, but not here. For a modern facility, this rule is absurd and frustrating.”

“Disappointing!!! Great gym, but you can’t train with a personal trainer. It’s disappointing for such a nice facility. Think twice to move here if gym access is important to you.”
