“Kids play in corridor making noise, shouting all the time , we complained like 10 times but nothing changed, they ride skates and cycle around the corridor, sometimes they start from early morning, and sometimes not only day time but also at night , right now it’s 10 pm and one little girl is shouting and running in corridor, I don’t understand how it’s allowed? I regret renting here , I can’t wait for my contract to finish so I leave this building, I don’t recommend this place at all”

“Kids play in corridor making noise, shouting all the time , we complained like 10 times but nothing changed, they ride skates and cycle around the corridor, sometimes they start from early morning, and sometimes not only day time but also at night , right now it’s 10 pm and one little girl is shouting and running in corridor, I don’t understand how it’s allowed? “The management is not even paying attention to our emails and complaints. A lot of kids playing in the corridor and so many times we emailed the management, no one even cares. Bad maintenance group as well. Its not only families living here, other people want some peace of mind to rest and sleep but the management doesn't care about any of that. Just a month ago the building was leaking in the basement and they kept on giving notice to not use the water. Cockroachs are everywhere as many times they do pest control. Im not a tenant, I'm an owner and they treat me like this, so imagine the tenants. Kids, careless neighbours, and bad management. 0/5”

“Building management is very bad , they dont take any action, security authority is very limited ,kids are playing in the corridor the whole day and mother putting their kids to sleep in the corridor and kept the stroller in the corridortoo. - garbage room is not maintained and bad smell , cockroashs are all over the place .”
