“An excellent choice in Business Bay. The apartments are well-maintained, and the management is top-tier. The leasing office, managed by Akash, and the maintenance team, headed by Amit, ensured a seamless experience. As a new tenant, both the leasing and move-in processes were entirely stress-free.”

“The management at SOL Avenue is totally useless and refuses to do anything to assist tenants when it comes to noise complaints. We have complained 3 times about the same tenant on different occasions doing karaoke and partying and screaming from 10am until 2/4am every alternate night. Please think twice before coming to live here because this is what you will have to face.. rudeness and no willingness to take accountability, seems like they want to be paid for NOT doing their job (1st message from the building supervisor, second is the reply from me). The 3rd picture clearly startes no noises above 30-40 decibels are allowed past 8pm. A normal conversation is 60 decibels. Shouting from 4 individuals when drunk is much louder...”
