“Good building, owned by a single owner and maintainance team, is brilliant. They keep on doing routine work and also respond to any request asap. Building has some bachelor apartments, but they are reducing, and more and more families are moving in. The gym needs some maintenance, but the pool is not that good. Overall it is a good value for money”

“The building itself is decent — the pool and gym are not the newest, but they are clean and usable. Some apartments had shared occupancy arrangements during my first year, which may be a consideration for potential tenants. However, the management company, Rocky Real Estate, is extremely difficult to deal with. Communication and handling of lease-related matters were highly problematic. Overall, while the building is acceptable, I strongly recommend being very cautious when dealing with the management. If possible, involve a lawyer from the very beginning to protect your interests.”
