“Nice-looking building, but very disappointing to live in. There is a major water leakage issue whenever it rains, and management has confirmed it affects multiple units. The leakage has already damaged our furniture. Every time we report it, maintenance comes but says there’s nothing they can fix internally so the issue just keeps happening. We also experienced a cockroach issue when we first moved in, which further raised concerns about overall maintenance and hygiene standards. Good aesthetics don’t make up for poor upkeep and unresolved problems. Would not recommend.”

“It's a very nice apartment. We've been living here for 4 years and want to live here longer, but they're not renewing the contract. It's a shame. 🥺 The kids are used to it. It's a convenient location. We don't want to leave. 🥺”

“Better than many other apartments , they provide many services , the view is brilliant and soon it will be better , only the swimming pool and gym are small and limited”

“I renewed my contract for the 4th Year, the management, the facility, the cleaning, the security, the maintenance and neighbours are perfect Although I live 70 km from my work, but I don't want to change my sweet apartment Well done Grand properties”

“The security guard are sometimes misbehave with me , and the play ground is supposed to be open but from 2 years , still it’s closed for no reason , and 2 play ground areas not 1 are there , and the outside play ground area is still closed for about 3-4 years”

“I was told that this building was family oriented when I came to rent, but since my 1st neighbor came and started celebrating parties till late night, I've complained many times, no measure has been taken at all, their job is just to call us asking to remove objects from the corridor (this is security in their definition) Now the neighbor changed, another one came more noisy and did also a party of halloween recently till very late night 3 AM... while talking to security they just said we've called them already many times.. it's like they did their job and that's it. Is my job to fight with neighbors ? If you are told that it is family place or secured, now you have the right story around this, it's only about limiting access to people to building and parking, nothing more”
