Good facilities (gym, pool, sauna) However, most of the rentals are available only through an agency (property solvers) and right after signing the contract for a rental, we received an eviction notice to move out within a year in the same month of signing the contract. The agency said they’d work it out but not sure how that’s going to go.”

“Not a good management, so many things they do are reasonable and against tenants best interests. Gym and public areas close before 9 pm I’m back from work at 8:30-9:00 pm so I can never use the facilities! We complaint so many times about the AC chiller fees no one cares it’s a lot of money paid for AC bills but they don’t seem to care whatsoever. Basically to them you are a walking bag of cash they will become so communicative when they want to ridiculously increase the rent but other than that matter you won’t find and piece of care!”

“I used to live in south residence and I have to say the pool place, staff, cleanness are all great . The tower is fantastic and we'll located within JVC. Special thanks for the tower management team good job guys keeping the place in A+ condition.”

“Avoid it if you care about not spending too much on AC. Once you rent here you’re forced to register with ISTA it’s an additional expense you will have to pay regardless if you use your air conditioning or you don’t. It’s better if you look around for buildings without such costs”

“Went to look for apartments for rent yesterday, The night shift security guy was talking on his personal phone for few minutes before he asked me ”what?” After i told him what im looking for he handed me the keys and went back on the phone in a rude way. When i came back and asked for the price, he handed me a card without saying a single word while he was still on the phone. I found this rude and disrespectful”

“Smell of sewage from time to time will kill you. The chillers are more expensive than rent as you pay for capacity charges, they tell you all maintenance is included but never got one thing done by them. Absolute disaster and too expensive, half of the building is empty.”
