With India comprehensively winning every match and lifting the Champions Trophy, the atmosphere was electric from start to finish. The stadium itself was exceptional. “No swimming pool very small gym.chiller free bulding so dewa bill is very less.always one lift not working.so only two lifts working and its so hard to catch it..”

“Stadium Point building is a good place to live. It's calm, chiller is free, and it's close to the bus stop. But it's bad that it doesn't have a swimming pool. Also, the gym needs some improvement.”

“Modern building, just next to the cricket stadium, which is next to one of the entries and exits of Dubai Sports City. There is a gym in the building. Parking is provided in the basement.”

“Watching the Champions Trophy 2025 at the Dubai Stadium was an unforgettable experience. With India comprehensively winning every match and lifting the Champions Trophy, the atmosphere was electric from start to finish. The stadium itself was exceptional. The infrastructure was modern and well-designed, and the cleanliness was top-notch throughout the venue. The shops inside the stadium were superb, offering great variety and smooth service even during peak crowds. The ground security and staff were extremely polite and professional, always ready to assist. The seating arrangements were magnificent, providing perfect visibility from every angle and making the match-watching experience truly enjoyable. The DJ kept the crowd energized with great music, adding to the overall excitement. A special commendation to the UAE police, who did a tremendous job with crowd control and traffic alignment. They ensured that entering and exiting the stadium—both before and after matches—was quick, organized, and hassle-free. The medical staff support was also excellent, giving the spectators a sense of safety throughout. Overall, Dubai Stadium delivered a world-class cricketing experience worthy of a global tournament. From the facilities to the staff and the atmosphere, everything was simply outstanding. And to top it all—India becoming Champions Trophy winners made it absolutely perfect! 🇮🇳🏆”

“Guys what is this building!!!! Street are cleaner than this building, it’s shame that we are paying this money for such a bad dirty building”

“This is a very good building in sports city. Only negative thing is there is no pool. Combination of commercial and residential. Ample parking space. Maintenance company within the building premises any issues ever they immediately come to solve. Management people are not so great, heartless towards animals worst thing ever. They always try to improve things. Soon planning for a kids play area. Good elevators. Great view from both sides.”
