“We have no rating for this apartment and just found some horrible place next to kitchen window! After watch this video don’t even think how this management and maintenance handle the whole apartment ! Actually there is no landlord this building and make contract with impress clients later found something inside partition or hallway cover management will charge additional huge amount for partition or hallway cover ! Beware of the security ameendep and African security francies!! Both deal outside with clients to make partition without knows management! It’s totally lame joke with this management brings unknown owner and make gossip to discuss the clients ! DONT FALL TRAP LIKE THIS ! Look the…”

“Please management of Summerland Building. Let the tall black security guy respect none of us is his child the way he thinks . We do pay rent to have peace not to make us live in hell. All buildings have rules and are followed without disrespecting anyone. Thanks”

“The management of Summerland bld does not care about the building. Its difficult to use the stairs there is alwayes mattresses or boxes obstacling the use of stairs .the maintenance staff very rude and you can not communicate with them they dont speak english at all.they are very slow in talking action where is a problem in the building. Pls change the maintenance staff urgently and replace them with new skilled onces .the AC alwayes facing cooling problems.”

“Very rude staff, Low maintenance Our ac is not working from last 3 months properly. When we call them they dont act quickly,take 3,4 days.then also a guy will come stare at the ac on off button for few seconds and leave. They dont listen. Dont buy flats in this building.Thanks”

“Security management every one is good and about cleaning I give 10/10 coz it's very clean I saw near this other building but no cleaning very smelly and some building have elevator 🛗 problem but this building such a good cleaning everything is good but one thing that's why I gave 4 star coz no water pool open in summer ⛱️ no gym”

“I've been in this building for 2 years and finally left on 2022 coz they raise the rent from 40k for 1 bedroom to 60k and they did not return even 1 dirham of my security deposit and I knew from others that they did the same! They never return any security deposit. Beware of this management!”
