From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“We've been in Sunshine for a few months now. From sherry at reception to Kim at the pool and vinod at security, all of the staff have been very welcoming and friendly. The owners of the building are also very easy to deal with. Thank you.”
