Water pressure is extremely weak, and the AC does not work properly. There is no working AC in the kitchen (closed kitchen apartment), no dedicated laundry room, and no dishwasher connection. It requires daily cleaning, and the drainage system is poorly designed, with drains that are too small and insufficient for the balcony size. The building management and (head)of security are rude and unhelpful. Most requests are met with "it's not my problem."

There has been extremely slow construction directly next to the building for over two years, creating constant noise and dirt. On top of that, the walls are very thin, so you can hear neighbors walking and stomping all the time. The only positive thing about this building is the valet team. They are always friendly, polite, and helpful despite spending long hours outside in the heat. They consistently provide better service than the building management/security. It's disappointing that the building does not even provide them with a cooling station or similar support during the summer months.
Overall, the apartment quality is far below expectations, and I can't wait to move out.”

“I have been staying at Terraces Marasi Drive for around one year, and my experience has been excellent throughout. The Security Supervisor and the entire security team are highly professional, attentive, and always willing to assist. Their dedication creates a safe and comfortable environment for all residents.
I would also like to appreciate the Building Management team for their prompt responses, efficient handling of requests, and commitment to maintaining high standards within the community.
The building amenities are outstanding and consistently well-maintained, including the gym, swimming pool, and common areas. The cleanliness, upkeep, and overall quality of service make Terraces Marasi Drive one of the best residential communities in the area.

“This building doesn’t cost even a half the asked price for the rent. First of all parking is tiny! If its full - no way you will leave it with hitting the wall or someones car! Second is the water heater. Forget to have long showers because hot water will simply shut down after 10-15min! I changed about 7 apartments in this building for the past year and this problem is everywhere. Third is the AC problem. Its simply has no regulator of the temperature or fan! You must be be or without AC at all which I found very hot or with extremly cold strong wind. Apartment that ai was renting out cost from 22-32.000 aed per month!”

“The apartment builded very poor quality we have apartment and facing leakage from above unit and the authorities not atking any sirious action they saying if u need to fox u can fix teh leakage from above unit , the leakage sourc efrom above unit they are the responsible , they hired not technical knowledge person in building as well. and the water heater also the building developed only a year and the water heater blast”
