“Apricot building is an old but an okay building. Parking is free for the first hour. I went here for an IELTS exam at TEPTH on the 3rd floor. If you're taking the exam here, I recommend scheduling for the Sunday test. I would imagine the parking might be full during weekdays. On Sundays you can park in a nearby street for free along the RTA parking. I don't know if the test center validates parking, perhaps it's worth asking. There are restaurants at the Ground level. I didn't try them but they're available.”

“It’s a commercial tower in silicon oasis .. lots of shops and offices and even dance schools .. parking is free for 1 hour only ..!! Building is a bit old but good for small offices”

“Worst parking service Today, we visited one shop at this buliding , First 30 mins parking free actually we taken 1hr 4 mins only , Its means first 30 mins they should to reduce and they can charge one hour parking fee 11 Aed. But they are charged 22 hrs charge for just 1 hr 4 mins.(may be airport terminal parking fee ? ) Even if you parked outside RTA PARKING 4 aed only per hour. Very worst behaviour also......”

“Parking is free for the first hour, but the security charged including the first hour, its written card is accepting but he will ask for cash and there is no receipt for the payment, i paid 44 dhs for more than 3hrs parking”

“Good and well maintained commercial building. Nitro Gym and clean Washrooms. My office is in this building 🏢. Half-an-hour free parking for Visitors.”
