“I lived here for 3 years, and honestly, I don’t really understand many of the negative reviews.
The courtyard and common areas are cleaned every day, and the building is very well maintained even though it’s a few years old. The lobby staff have always been polite and helpful. Whenever neighbors were being noisy, I just sent a message to the lobby, and they dealt with it quickly.
I think many of the negative reviews are about the hotel side of the building. The residential part has been great to live in.
Another big plus is the location food and package deliveries are always very fast.”

“The most weird building I’ve ever lived. Apartments looks nice,yes. Very bad maintenance you have to wait forever to fix something. Always leakage and etc. no parking for drop off always traffic.”

“Living here has been a nightmare for over two years. The construction noise has been ceaseless since I moved in, emanating from the eight buildings across the canal. Even with earplugs, the noise infiltrates, and the foundation construction sounds are akin to drilling into one's brain and heart. Now, the new building by Dar Global across Atira residences is the new construction noise nightmare. I was abruptly awakened tonight at 1 am by the painful sound of construction. I have gone downstairs and confronted the people working on the site multiple times, and today I confronted a worker moving a large crane without a permit, and he doesn't care; it's total disregard for rules and residents' peace. Fifteen people have already moved out due to the painful living situation, yet little has changed despite numerous complaints. The construction crew and developer show no respect, and the construction noise is beyond intolerable, working Sundays and every night without consideration. I've reached a breaking point, repeatedly pleading with them to stop their noisy activities to no avail. Restful sleep has become a distant memory, actually a luxury, and living here has become a genuine nightmare. Another construction site is slated one block away, amplifying our misery. The drilling for foundation work is particularly distressing. Future residents, beware: unless this noise pollution is rectified, your peace of mind will remain under siege, an elusive luxury in this tumultuous environment.”

“The building is ok but the management is even worse that you could imagine. They create complicated processes for every single thing and fail to follow these processes by themselves. Their portal doesn't work, they can leave your request or email without a response for a week or two. So you will need to ping them over email, whatsapp, phone or go to the reception. For my final bill they didn't reply for 2 weeks and then for this "service" they added final bill fee of 150 AED. Ridiculous and disrespecful, probably the worst experience I had in Dubai so far. Happy I moved out.”

“The apartments are beautiful and spacious however I found hard living here for two years:
We have had to change the two of the water heater in less than a year. Casually, our neighbors faced the same problem.
The AC doesn’t work properly, it is very weak. If you have guests coming home the temperature is unbearable.
The water pressure is horrible. It is very low, you cannot use the two showers at the same time or even flush or put the dishwasher if you are having a shower. If you want to use the bathtub you need at least one hour to fill it with water.
The building does not accept Etisalat, if you move in and have a contract with Etisakat you have to pay all the penalty fees and make a new contract with Du.
There are only a few plug sockets, it is difficult to find where to charge your electronic devices specially in the kitchen or living area. You can only do by using ugly cables around the common areas.
The water comes out with a lot of dirt and orange color.
The isolation is not good, you can hear and smell everything from the corridor.
Against most of the buildings, this one only accepts gas cooker, so you need to buy a new one if you are like the majority.
The space available for the dishwasher is smaller to the standard sizes so you need to break the top part and yet it out stands from the rest of the kitchen building giving it a very ugly appearance.
The smoke extraction doesn’t work very well so the fire alarm is very sensitive and sounding quite often.”
