“i’m living here with my boyfriend and i just love my overall stay here. the staffs are very friendly and polite, all the amenities are just the best (especially the gym, pool, jacuzzi, and sauna), and lastly the location of the bridge is just near everywhere we want to go.”

“Excellent building. I love living here. Security guards are very nice and polite. Very helpful and responsive on whatsapp. You don't hear your neighbors in your apartment, but if someone is in the hallway, you'll hear them. Regular building pest control. For your apartment, I recommend calling in justlife. Neighbors are from all backgrounds and cultures. It's a diverse building, which I appreciate. The gym is nice and has nice views. There's a plunge pool and sauna. The pool seems okay. I try to stay out of the sun so I don't use it often. When there's a cricket match, traffic is a bit crazy and you definitely hear fans at the stadium during the cricket match season. P.S. It's better to try and rent directly from the owners. Before finding my apartment, I saw that the studios were being rented out for 6k more than a 1 bedroom and 1 bedrooms were being rented out for 15k more than their actual cost for rent by some agencies + a flat charge of commission fees.”

“My experience staying in the building has been good so far, with friendly security staff and a clean environment—until last night. For some reason, my remote parking wasn’t working, and I had to rush to the building reception for assistance. Fortunately, no cars were waiting behind me at the time & there was no security staff that was present at the office part of the building at that time. Despite having a severe foot injury, I still had to hurry to avoid causing any inconvenience. When I returned (probably in less than 2 minutes), a woman began shouting at me and honking in a disrespectful manner. I later found out that this woman was the building manager of The Bridge. I’m not sure where she gets the audacity to treat people, especially RESIDENTS, so disrespectfully. Management should seriously review how their staff, particularly this building manager, treats residents. Just a suggestion, the company should consider providing additional customer service training for the building manager; Im sure it will help her a lot and she definitely needs that.”
