What one reviewer said

“The lifts are constantly not working—sometimes for months—with no proper fix. It’s extremely inconvenient for residents. Facilities are also poor. The pool is not available, and the gym closes early at 6 PM, which doesn’t suit most schedules. I was even stopped from bringing my niece for just a one-hour workout, even though she would have quietly sat on her phone and not caused any disturbance—especially since there is no pool available for her to use. The security guards can also be quite inconsiderate at times, which adds to the frustration. I understand they are following rules, but overall these issues have been ongoing for years without improvement. Management really needs to take this…”

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. “Stupid management logic: Why close the gym when you can just peel the foam off the machines so they're too painful to use? It’s like renting an apartment and being told you can't use the bed. Total bait-and-switch on the amenities. 0/10 stars.”

“The gym closing at 6 PM is completely unreasonable. Many residents come home later due to work, and this schedule makes the facility practically unusable for us. It’s frustrating that management can’t fix the elevators but somehow has the time to impose restrictive gym hours. Priorities clearly need to be reassessed.”
