“Impossible to get in touch with someone who has an answer or can help. I’ve called their customer service 7 times in the last month and they still haven’t replied or updated me on returning my large amount security deposit. Incredibly inconsiderate treatment of homeowners in Jumeirah Park with no consideration or knowledge on how to treat customers with respect.”

“It was a smooth transition of request that i have received from this amazing team at Nakheel Community Management Centre office in JVC circle Mall , the front executives Ms Yasmina is very professional and polite person 🧡🧡🧡🧡which makes my day better… thank you so much SALUTE 🫡 team nakheel for continuing your support to us…. “I had an outstanding experience at the Community Centre office in JVC. Yousuf Mohammed assisted me, and his service was truly exceptional. He was incredibly professional, polite, and efficient. All the necessary documents were prepared and delivered in an impressively short time, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. Yousuf’s attention to detail and commitment to delivering top-quality service on behalf of the developer really stood out. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and reliable. From the very beginning, his positive and proactive approach stood out, turning what could have been a stressful process into a seamless and pleasant experience. He demonstrated remarkable professionalism, patience, and attention to detail, ensuring that every step was handled efficiently and with care. What truly impressed me was his willingness to go above and beyond, offering guidance and solutions that made a significant difference. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to their work and genuinely invested in helping others succeed.
