“My experience with The Curve Building has been extremely disappointing. The service level is very poor, and the staff attitude is unprofessional and unhelpful. The building management does not support the companies renting offices or showrooms from them, which creates constant problems for tenants. In addition, the building is not clean at all—common areas are dirty and poorly maintained. Overall management is weak, complaints are ignored, and there is no proper follow-up. This is unacceptable, and I do not recommend this building.”

“My experience with The Curve Building has been extremely disappointing. The service level is very poor, and the staff attitude is unprofessional and unhelpful. The building management does not support the companies renting offices or showrooms from them, which creates constant problems for tenants. In addition, the building is not clean at all—common areas are dirty and poorly maintained. Overall management is weak, complaints are ignored, and there is no proper follow-up. “Worst management experience. They are overcharging for parking, and their security team is very harsh with customers. Even RTA parking does not charge more than AED 10, but here they charge AED 30 after the first 15 minutes (which is free). This is unreasonable and very disappointing. Really pathetic service.”

“❌️No proper place for pick and drop of cab ❌️Problematic parking lot ❌️No proper reception ❌️No proper list of companies and the office # ❌️No proper markings of which way to go, you will go crazy looking for the office if it's your first time. ❌️Office space is kinda tiny ❌️Hallway is kinda dark scary because of the automatic on and off light [motion censor] ✅️It has security and cctv cameras in the office vicinity ✅️20min walk to Metro station”
