“The build quality is worse. The entrance door is such low quality which gives you such bad impression without even entering the building. Eventhough its a new building but its reception looks 10 years old building reception because its damaged. And the floor cleaning meterial they use is the cheapest one with such bad smell. Please meteora do justice with your buyers and at least make it looks good and make it smell good.”

“I’m surprised to see bad reviews. I’m living here during 3months and during this time I haven’t problem. Especially thanks to management for good communication and quick responses ( I had some issues with leakage of AC, but it was solved quickly”

“My experience with Metora has been extremely disappointing and honestly one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a real estate developer. The project delivery was significantly delayed, and the finishing quality is very poor. The materials used throughout the property including the woodwork, lighting, marble, and ceramic are clearly low quality and far below expectations. In addition, the building cleanliness is unacceptable. There is no proper maintenance or cleaning team available, and maintenance requests are constantly ignored with no response at all. What is even more concerning is that negative reviews seem to be continuously deleted in an attempt to hide the reality from potential buyers and residents. I would strongly advise anyone considering dealing with this developer to think carefully before making any investment or purchase decision.”

“Unfortunately this building its build in bad way. Mobile line doesn’t cover Walls are not straight Tiles are not a singe one in same level Ac just blows noisy but even in auto mode never get off. Blockage of pipes and sink leakage also there This is a pure unprofessional people built this. No management yet. No cleaners I don’t know where to end Limited power is only 40kw not much to do”
