“I am living in the building since its opening, so about 4 years soon. The building creates a nice feeling of living, even though there are some quality defects such as no isolation in between washrooms, doors, extrem narrow parking, or rusty material in the shower. I believe that you can find such defects in almost every building apartment, so the quality of living was still acceptable and i kept renewing i.e, due to the very affordable pricing compared to what you receive. The actually disturbing thing, and thats why only 2 stars that the service quality extremely decreased. From the renting process where you are expected to come weekdays to their office, nothing is oriented to the custom…”

“Terrible company, they don't maintain the building's technical condition. I broke my nose on the entrance door, it has no safety sticker, sometimes it doesn't open at all, my surgery cost $4000, if children had crashed into it there would have been worse problems. The building administration extorted money for the door. I'm not even mentioning that our car drowned in the parking lot.”

“I have been living in The Haven since it’s opened and recently I have been communicating with Maria from the management company who, in my opinion, has been the best in terms of hearing my needs and getting things done. I have spoken to many people within the management team and by far Maria is the most efficient. Maria makes all my problems feel small!”

“I am living in the building since its opening, so about 4 years soon. I believe that you can find such defects in almost every building apartment, so the quality of living was still acceptable and i kept renewing i.e, due to the very affordable pricing compared to what you receive. The actually disturbing thing, and thats why only 2 stars that the service quality extremely decreased. From the renting process where you are expected to come weekdays to their office, nothing is oriented to the customer/tenant , you are requested to pay some bills which were not in the contract but newly introduced as building rule. There are thousand of small scenarios (disabled access cards, no fixture of flood effects even since more than 1 1/2years etc) i could keep going on , but to deal with the management just is exhausting and they keep you responsible and threaten you from a question with payments or legal action while they care 0 about your interest or concerns. This makes me want to move once contract is ended”

“I had the pleasure of living at Haven Residence in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) for two wonderful years. The community was fantastic, and the staff and building management by DG Homes were professional and attentive to my needs. Everything about Haven Residence was amazing, making my experience truly unforgettable. Unfortunately I had to return to France after two years, I would definitely consider Haven Residence again if I come back to Dubai.”

With the good ambience and structure of the building, with helpful building staff and mostly with superb management who listens and given good services from the day 1 of the move in and thru renewal processes, maintenance and other correspondences. “We love this place it’s our second contract, however on their advertise on YouTube it was shown that the doors would be soundproof and it’s definitely NOT. There’s a construction accros the road from us since we move and it’s so disturbing. Also in the same ad it was said that the shower glass doors was leak proof, also not true we’ve called maintenance a few times and they’ve said:” it’s a common issue in the apartments and nothing can be done.” Also the recycle room it’s alway locked, it was open only for a few weeks.”
