“This hotel is falsely advertised as kids friendly. As of 23rd March 2026; the hotel is not equipped to function as a children friendly resort and is incorrectly promoting the same. No cribs available. No Baby Chairs available. No children playroom. The kids were ALLOWED to use the swimming pools when checked before booking and even during CHECK-IN. However, we were asked to exit the 3 pools near Rive Restaurant. The manager claimed they were just “water bodies” and not pools - so cannot be used. The main pool was extremely loud for it to be used by children. Overall staff at all levels are confused and disoriented with false information. What is sad is the hotel staff did 0 effort to rect…”

“Really enjoyed my stay here. Facilities were great and unique! Staff and performers were so impressive. Especially Miran who helped us checkout”

“I would thank Kamlesh for his hospitality and great service, he had provided me with complimentary upgrade as well as arrangements for birthday, i did forget my watch at the hotel after checkout which he managed to locate and arrange to send it to me, over all great hotel for private events and good service at the hotels i must thank their service as well.”

“I would give this place 0 stars if I could. They advertised as “family” and “kid” friendly but it was far from it. They didn’t accommodate for us at all. With super loud music blasting the whole day + Extremely rude & inconsiderate staff. Poor service all around, it was shocking. Don’t waste your money here.”
