The Nook is a development of two towers in Wasl Gate, Dubai. The towers are The Nook 1 and The Nook 2. Dubai Land Department files first list it in 2019. It has 5 lifts. There is a swimming pool. Energy Metro station is a 3-minute walk. Within 800 metres there are 8 places to eat, 1 pharmacy or clinic and 1 park or gym. On foot it rates as some errands on foot. Registered rents start around AED 50k a year for a studio.
“We recently moved to The Nook, Festival Plaza, in the Wasl community and are pleased with the well-maintained facilities, daily cleaning, and courteous security team. The facilities management team, particularly the building security supervisor and team, ensured a smooth move-in process. The property boasts a well-maintained swimming pool with a lifeguard on duty. However, we're disappointed with the shared 500sqft gym facility for Nook 1 and Nook 2, equipped only with dumbbells, serving around 100+ apartments. As a health-conscious family, we request the management to consider separate, better-equipped gyms for each building. 😊”

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“I’ve been a resident here for almost four years, and it’s been a great place to live. The community is well maintained, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the facilities are top notch.
The only downside is the parking arrangement. Unlike many other residential buildings that provide dedicated guest parking, visitors here have to park quite a distance away and walk to the building. This can be especially inconvenient during the summer, when the heat makes even a short walk uncomfortable.
Overall, it’s an excellent community, and improving the guest parking situation would make the experience even better.”

“This is a nice and convenient place to stay, near Energy metro and festival plaza. Fairly new building and quiet for the most part. There are alot of families so there are kids playing around but that wasn't an issue for me. What was, is the AC. It is chiller free but, after every few months it would get alot of dust, the apartment got very warm and needed cleaning on the roof, at our expense. Maintenance would say they do not have equipment so we should hire from outside. This was verry inconvenient especially during summer. Second, all apartments dont have powder rooms . So if you enjoy hosting, keep in mind everyone will be using the main washroom. Some floors complained about coackroaches, not mine luckily. Overall good.”

“If anyone is looking for a disturbing community, please move in, and they will always surprise you more and more... furniture moving, playing football, children kicking the doors rather than knocking, keeping kids crying and shouting in front of your door and shutting their own at 6 am. If you are looking for such an annoying package, please join us at the nook 2. Though we always call security promising they will send someone for an apartment on the 11th, but nothing change..”

“I like the apartment, it's close to the metro station and Festival City, which is a convenient. I also like that it's modern, clean, and well maintained. Unfortunately, the installation is really bad, you can hear the loud noise from the road 24/7 which really disturb my sleep. The gym is nice and clean but there are super limited equipments, after moving around apartment in Dubai several times, this is probably the most limited gym equipments I experience, the gym is one of the most important facilities I look into when searching for an apartment and the gym simply doesn't have the necessity for my need . Fortunately, I don't have a contract that prevent me to leave, two more weeks here and I'm out.”

“Clean apartment building, helpful security staff, convenience store on the ground floor, EV chargers, close to metro”
