“Mr. Sejwani seemed to have made a big mistake by choosing architect and construction team for this place. Elevator opens at P1, then at G and disappears at UG and LG , then opens at Basement!!! Hilarious. Who builds it like this. How can it reach basement without moving through UG and LG ?? And this place for heaven's sake need a face-lift”

“29 July 2026 : They still have not found any solution for the elevator not opening in 2 levels - it is a safety hazard to have no opening in UG and LG , but only on P1 , G and then straight to Basement. STRANGE thing About Damac RBC. 1. Their elevators dont open at UG , LG. It opens at P1 which is above UG, and then it opens at Basement which is LG. Obviously the damn thing has to pass through UG and LG from P1 to Basement, but has no opening. So if your parking is in UG or LG, God bless You. Something that no one will ever think of while moving in. We got caught unaware of this construction mistake in their construction structure. Not sure leaders of Damac is aware of this as this is NOT Damac style. This is not what Damac should be known for. Hope the responsible people gets to know of this and bring up Damac RBC into The real Damac Standard. 2. Reception is very dull!! It needs face-lift. 3. The building exterior needs a lift up to match with what is in business bay. 4. The elevators dont have good sensors and if you are with your bags and if u think that by keeping your small bag in between the doors of elevator for it to remain opened, you are sadly mistaken. It closes and jams your baggage or yourself. So if u have kids, or pets be careful. 5. Cleanliness in garbage area is poor. 6. Parking is a maze as some reviews below mentioned. 7. They are renovating their Gym area and hence once it comes up, that area will look nice. 8. Flat is quite spacious, but toilets are small, but manageable. 9. Entry to the building is fine , but if you have to exit towards Dubai mall, it will take u long to take a u turn -- not damacs issue, but the RTA road and guess this is still OK unlike the elevator landing not in UG and LG:) 10. Parking area, especially the basement is dirty and too many two wheelers with all rusted , dust , and piled up. 11. Views from the flat towards canal is stunning !!! 12. Receptionist Maya is very courteous and helpful, so as securities, Abdullah and the other 2 in day and evening shifts. Evening shift Receptionist needs training 13. Convenient location for a canal walk and dubai mall . 14. Beautiful view and quiet place. If we had known about the parking maze and chaos, we would not have taken it!! One single most frustrating point, rest all ok. I am sure Damac engineering team looks into this reputation buster for them!!! 20 June 26 Worst part is they respond to review but never able to reach them through any DM , be it Twitter or FB. All we need is ACTION!! Its a shame that #DAMAC is having such awful construction error!! 29 June 2026 They messaged me to ping them on Twitter amd Facebook messenger . But nothing happened. I still can't figure out where did they pick up their architect from who seemed to have had made this colossal mistake in designing elevators. This is dangerous for human lives and is a safety hazard as what will happen if lifts get stuck in LG or UG with no door opening possible.”

“I have a question to rbc management and kitopi kitchen management if kitchen is in rbc tower then why don't have bike parking why we park bike 1km away from tower if we have to collect order from rbc kitchen kitchen management have to think if riders coming then they r selling order if orders cancel then they have also loss. So. Think about it and reserve parking for bike riders and give reply in review”

“Horrible building year on year getting worse The management is horrible Gym has been closed for 2 months now they are not allowing guests to park in the building.No mat is allowed at the door😅So if you move to RBC be ready that your guests have to find a parking 3-4 km away and walk to visit you.Planning a move and not recommending anyone.”

“The worst building management, parking is very dirty, shops down the building leave their trash and cigarettes buds on the street, nothing works properly and let’s not start with the delivery bikes everywhere down the building. All of this and more and they have the audacity to ask residents to put their doormats INSIDE their apartments or else it will be a violation! You are meant to wipe ur feet before going inside ur house! Who comes up with such rules? First time I hear and see something like this.”
