“The building itself is good and the apartments are nice, but honestly I would not recommend renting here because of the construction around the area. There is noise almost all day, no proper working hours are respected, and you can hear everything, which makes it very hard to rest or sleep well. The worst part is that it feels like nobody takes the situation seriously or does anything to control the construction companies. If you are thinking about moving here, keep this in mind because it really affects your quality of life.”

“I honestly didn’t want to leave a review, but my emails and concerns are not being taken seriously.
I am quite disappointed. From the time I moved in, I already raised several issues, but even after half of my contract has passed, many of them remain unresolved.
Even simple matters like fixing lights are still pending, which is frustrating. Additionally, the parking access card frequently doesn’t work, causing ongoing inconvenience. I have also been following up with the landlord (HDS REAL ESTATE), but unfortunately, there has been little to no support.
Building management should take more responsibility in addressing tenants’ concerns promptly and ensure better coordination with landlords. Overall, the experience has been below expectations.”
