Mr. Ali was professional, approachable, and genuinely committed to helping tenants. He handled my concerns promptly, communicated clearly, and made sure every issue was followed up until it was resolved. His dedication and positive attitude made a significant difference in my overall experience. While I believe there is still room for improvement when it comes to the building itself, Mr. Ali’s outstanding customer service deserves recognition. Thank you for going above and beyond to support the tenants.”

“We recently rented an apartment and we are happy with our experience. Mr. Ali has been extremely helpful, professional and supportive throughout the whole process. he was always available whenever we had a question or needed assistance and made everything much easier for us. We truly appreciate his kindness, attention and excellent service. thank you, Mr.Ali for making our move and rental experience so smooth and comfortable. highly recommended!”

“Mr.Ali is the reason to rent over. His support , his professionalism, his understanding and sorting out issues in a proper decent manner . He is always ready to support. He follow the book for his management and try to make a humanitarian balance between the tenants and his company. The security system is not really up to Dubai life expectations as it seems that we live in an army base. You own the building but don’t own us or our lives. Mr Ali always support and solve the issues regarding this matter. After hearing a lot of complaints and problems about the building, I was almost moving out before that I moved in the first day .Mr Ali convinced and assured that everything is under control and he proved it by actions and welcoming support. Thank you Ali , wish your management knows your value and the efforts you are investing within this building.”

“The building itself has great potential, but the behavior of the security staff is completely unacceptable. As a resident at OBS Designer Residence, I expect a professional, respectful, and safe environment. Unfortunately, the current security guards are highly unprofessional and misbehave with residents.”

“Big positive changes in the building management since Ali has taken over customer happiness department. Unlike previous managers he shows care and respect to all tenants issues. Glad to see Mousa still here in the security department. He is the most pleasant person to deal with. Also big improvement in the building maintenance with the addition of Rakesh and Tariq. Thank you all.”
