“Huge thanks to Michael, the security guy, for going above and beyond to help me yesterday! Even though I had already moved out of the building, he still took the time to help me find my shipment. It wasn’t at the reception, so he went the extra mile literally to my old apartment, knocked on the door, and got the courier from the new tenants. You don’t see this kind of dedication every day. This guy has the highest level of honesty and integrity. Truly appreciate it!”
