“Surprisingly all say the same- the reception ladies both girls are always so rude and unhelpful. The other male receptionist try to help and the girl says not to interfere. The female ladies who work there are not professional at all nor do they understand basic English. I come here all the time and always receive bad reception service from both male and females- very abrupt. Binghatti is well known and should have respectable workers not people like this”

“Very bad customer service. It's not customer care; it's Binghatti care. If you need maintenance, they are closed on Saturday and Sunday. They also start work at 9:30 AM, which is too late. If you need urgent help or maintenance, they are asleep! Do not buy or rent there anymore. I live there and have documents about this.”

“We didn't encounter any problems. When we read the Google reviews we were a bit worried, but we didn't experience any of the issues mentioned. A residence where you can feel the luxury deep within you. The staff is good.”
